BAG ATTACK is a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that combines powerful strikes on the heavy bag with body-weight exercises during active rest intervals in 3 minute rounds

Barbell Pump
Barbell Pump is a dynamic strength and cardio class that uses cardio barbells to sculpt and tone your entire body. You'll power through high-rep, low-weight barbell exercises that target all major muscle groups

This class consists of a series of stations, each targeting different muscle groups and aspects of fitness such as strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

This gym has a variety of high-quality equipment within the 3 rooms they offer. Great assortment of cardio machines and a bunch of plate-loaded and weight-stack cable machines to choose from. The spaces they offer are all very clean, with a staff member always at the front desk or walking around to help. Great Facility!

I just recently started going to Westerly Fitness as my first gym. The atmosphere and the people are so welcoming. The machines are always clean and in great condition and i always enjoy going to get a nice workout in such a peaceful place. The staff are just as nice as they helped us get set up to join very easily without complications. This place definitely is the right choice for everyone looking for a gym and new people that are thinking about joining.
