Bag Attack
BAG ATTACK is a fast-paced, high-intensity workout that combines powerful strikes on the heavy bag with body-weight exercises during active rest intervals in 3 minute rounds

Barbell Pump
Barbell Pump is a dynamic strength and cardio class that uses cardio barbells to sculpt and tone your entire body. You'll power through high-rep, low-weight barbell exercises that target all major muscle groups

Bench & Burn
Bench and Burn is a high-energy class combining the FITBENCH, body-weight cardio, and intervals on Assault Bikes and Treadmills

Lower Body Burn
45 minutes of nonstop leg and ab sculpting exercises.

Explosive workout designed to build stronger, more powerful muscles through a mix of power training and plyometric exercises

Senior Fitness Classes

MOVING SILVER is for those with Insurance memberships or anyone over 60
Class is a specialized program focused on improving stability, coordination, and overall mobility. Through a series of exercises and drills targeting balance, agility, and flexibility, participants work to enhance their ability to move confidently and safely in daily activities, ultimately promoting independence and reducing the risk of falls

* 45 minutes in length

Offered: Monday & Wednesday 10am
MOVING SILVER is for those with Insurance memberships or anyone over 60
Class is a specially tailored exercise program designed to improve overall fitness and functional strength in older adults. This class consists of a series of stations, each targeting different muscle groups and aspects of fitness such as strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

MOVING SILVER is for those with Insurance memberships or anyone over 65
Class is a comprehensive workout program designed to target all major muscle groups in a safe and effective manner. Participants engage in a variety of exercises using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements to improve strength, flexibility, and overall functional fitness

I just recently started going to Westerly Fitness as my first gym. The atmosphere and the people are so welcoming. The machines are always clean and in great condition and i always enjoy going to get a nice workout in such a peaceful place. The staff are just as nice as they helped us get set up to join very easily without complications. This place definitely is the right choice for everyone looking for a gym and new people that are thinking about joining.
